"Quota Plus" is correct about quota additions and "No" is incorrect.
Quota addition is basically going to the bottom of you bid list for girls that maximize options. If you have to snap bid you can't take Quota Plus. Big difference. If you don't believe me then read the NPC rules.
There is one more option to snap bid but you can't do this today. If you make quota and are under Total (which will be set tomorrow), you snap girls up, which is basically COR without the parties.
