Who is wearing heels tomorrow? I know it's 'snappy' aka business casual. But like for philanthropy people tried to be super dressed up even though it was still casual, just not the PNM shirts...

But keep in mind snappy causal is not business casual. They are two different kinds of dress codes. Personally, I'd walk over in flats or something comfy, then change into heels outside each house.
