What is a top tier sorority based off of? Attractiveness of its members? How many frats pair with them? I would be interested to see what everyone thinks ya know?

Is:
personal friends with guys from the big frats
go to date parties with guys from the popular frats
Attractive girls have more than the lower tier houses but def. not all house is attractive those dang random girls that slip in
A goood amount of the girls in a pledge class tend to be from the popular group in hs (because they knew how to socialize and have a good time) so just extends into college

For sororities it's primarily basically based on the number of attractive girls.
For guys it's how hot are the girls that they mix with and how much they spend on alcohol/social.
