After philanthropy, you'll see big changes in everyone's schedules. Now is when you're seriously looking at your options for membership. The waiting period sucks, but for your entertainment, here's a rough list of what each house is best at:

Academics - Theta, Chi O, AGD
Fraternity favorites - KD, APhi, Pi Phi
Looks - Pi Phi, KD, Kappa
Philanthropy - Tri Delt, Chi O, Theta
Sisterhood - DG, Tri Delt, AGD
Social Life - APhi, DG, Kappa

Bottom tier chapters are pretty irrelevant. AXO has a lot of involved girls, DZ has a strong sisterhood, and the rest don't have a particular thing that sets them apart. Figure out which one of these things is most important to you, and pursue a house based on that!

I would not have KD listed in the top 3 for looks. It's typically kappa,DG and Pi Phi. Maybe Alpha phi if you're stretching it. It's NEVER KappaDelta.

KD is a solid house but by no means a favorite for guys. They are basically the top tier fraternities last choice to do stuff with. Kappa and Pi Phi are easily is the favorites with Aphi and DG being interchangeable.

sad thing kd isn't even that terrible of a house for their members to be constantly self ranking on here. like you guys are ranked 6th, that's not bad at all... but there is no way on hells earth you're renowned for your beauty or a frat favorite LOL. my older sister was a kd several years ago at osu and kds then were much more beautiful and ranked higher than they are now...
