After philanthropy, top tears all had over 90% return rates and middle tiers all had over 85% return rates.

im in a "middle" and we ahd over 90% as well. my best friend in another "middle" house had over 90% and didnt have to invite as many people back. basically all top and middle have over 90% the first day because most PNMs that they want rank the same four houses as their last choices- aopi, aephi, dz, axo etc. first round really doesn't mean anything. the return rates for this weekend will actually mean something because it will be way more competitive.

I agree that you really can't gauge anything about return rates after House Tours. You pretty much go back to the 9 Top/Mid tiers and then flip a coin among the rest. I've heard Alpha Chi and Gamma Phi did better than Fuzzy since most PNMs were kind of bored with Fuzz.

This is very accurate! I've heard lots of girls went in with an open mind, which is a good thing. I think that has a lot to do with it.
