I am not trying to say I'm better than all the sorority girls at OSU but after seeing the tumblr pages, it seems like there are about 10 girls who are beautiful that stand out from every chapter. Not only one chapter is outstandingly pretty than the others.
Top tier doesn't mean they are ALL pretty.

Sorry for my grammar and spelling usage. I meant to say not EVERYONE is pretty in top tier chapters. There are about 10 girls who makes the chapter image looks pretty, hot, fun. I see top tier girls in there letters walkkg around campus and some of them, I'm just like "wait... You're a DG..? Kappa..? Pi Phi..?

Will only have 25-50% of girls that will make you say wow shes pretty. The rest are just fun and cute girls. Thats the cool thing about Ohio State greek life is that its not 100% about looks, girls really care about your personality and your style and the way you carry yourself, it makes it less shallow.
The tumblr pages are a decent representation of the chapter but there are a ton of girls you dont see and somtimes it gives an odd light onto a chapter.

a top tier has girls that don't really fit it's almost always because they're either 1. legacies or 2. transfers.

DG OSUs didn't recruit them. If a top tier continually recruits good girls then they'll stay top tier. Many chapters have to take affiliates if the affiliates decide to join.

Literally from the tumblrs, I see maybe 10 pretty girls, that makes the chapter stand out and make them pretty. I'm pretty sure looks isn't the only one that makes them too tier but from considering just looks, there are about 10 girls that makes the top tier chapters look hot.
