purse and coat

I read on another post that we will have to carry our coat and purse around the houses the first round. Is this true?

you will have to carry all of your things the FIRST and SECOND round, all of the first weekend. No house is allowed to do coat check during that time

Actives should be carrying your purse/coat, not you that first weekend.
