Honestly, how much does being pretty help you during recruitment? How much do good grades help?

Both help. Looks help you in chapters like Pi Phi, DG and Alpha Phi. Grades help you in ChiO, Theta and AGD. Kappa wants both. Don't know what KD wants.

they're the kind of girls that give to the community, that is they "service" the community mostly greeks but depends on whats available
