This is pretty good, I don't know if kappa sig should be on the same level as Sig Chi or tke. Also Theta could maybe move up, and fuzzy maybe up but pretty good

I'm only moving Theta up. I'm not ranking among each tier since it's typically the PNM's preference which they like better.
