rankings and why

Top tier:
Phi Psi, TKE, SigChi (possibly falling)- they have money to have tons of social events and their events are fun whether the boys themselves are fun or not
UpperMid:
Kappa Sig (rising), Delt- people may not like some of them, but they do things with top sororities all the time and they have a good number of attractive guys
Mid:
SAE, Phi Delt- girls have fun at their events, they just dont have as many events as top tiers
Lower Mid:
Pike, ATO (rising because of relationship with theta and Kappas), FIJI, AEPi, SigEp - nice guys, not as many attractive ones, but they occasionally do things with top tier sororities
Bottom:
ZBT, Lambda Chi, Theta Xi, Sigma Pi, Delta Chi- really nice just not that fun and not social
