im a beta at an SEC school and might be coming here next year how are they?

They have a sweet house, but they just re-colonized so it'll be awhile before they are relevant.

they used to be a big prominent chapter on campus. Theyll have their house back next year and will start rebuilding. Theyll probably be middle tier pretty fast but who knows if theyll make their way back to the top.

For what its worth, their house is in a great location and their alums are sinking a ton of money into it. It might help to recruit a decent colony.
