What does your sorority look for in PNMs? If you've been on the other side before, what has stood out to you in PNMs, be it good or bad? Any tips?

Top tier gets girls who are best able to articulate what they're passionate about. If you can't do that and don't know how to stand out (aside from looks), then have fun in the bottom tier.

Sure, but that doesn't change what we're looking for. Whether we get that or not remains to be seen, however she asked what chapters are looking for.

what youre looking for and what you actually get are two very different things.
Top houses compete even with each other for the stellar girls, the middle tier attempts to swipe as many as possible and take the good average girls, and you guys take the okay average girls and what is left.
Honestly the system sucks in this regard but return rates for bottom chapters just arent there
