sae is not that high. what are you basing that on? For this year, as of now:
Phi Psi, KappaSig
Sig Chi = Tke
Delt = Sae, Phi Delt
Pike = SigEp = ATO

Top house: Phi Psi
Top : TKE, Kappa sig, Sig Chi
Upper mid: Delt, SAE
Mid: Phi delt, Pike, ATO
Lower mid: Sig ep, AEII, Fiji
Bottom: everyone else
Pike is overrated on this site, tke is now equal to kappa sig, sig chi bounced back well from their membership review because of the name brand of their chapter. SAE's most social guys are their newest pledge classes not the seniors.

Phi Psi is obviously top.
Tke and Sig Chi are still more popular than kappa sig. Kappa sig has had better pledge classes but Tke/Sig Chi have had better social events and better reps to carry them, in time Kappa Sig should take their spots.
After that your rankings are on point, Delt and Pike are on the rise while SAE is staying steady.

I like the pikes better than delts, and think that theyre cuter than the sigchis but the sigchis are much more fun. so the girl who explained it has it right
also AMEN to phi psi. I hope kappa sig will get nice guys so they can become the top house, or even sigchi getting cuter. I'm so sick of phi psi
