they honestly are on par with some of the middle tier sororities on campus, they're really involved, i see them everywhere

Yeah they are. I think they surpassed the entire bottom tier. See them everywhere (on campus, but at top/middle frat events). They have an ok social calendar and are slowly creating a reputation. Formal recruitment will help their identify form, but I'm actually quite impressed with what they've brought so far.

they have quite a few girls that are hot af. if they are strategic with kitchen patrol they could be successful.

It looks like they are possibly off to a good start with their recruitment teaser their girls promoted it well. That may mean nothing when recruitment comes around though ..

I feel like this kinda gives them a leg up, getting their name out there and stuff. Of course recruitment will set the tone for them but they're off to a good start.

There's one on my class who is the type you could take home to mom, take to a nice dinner, but then do #BUTTSTUFF2014..:. And still wana kiss her forehead when she's not feeling okay, and treat her right..,, and actually care that she gets off Atleast two times before you do

I actually see some pretty attractive gamma phis around campus... granted I see a million around campus because THEY WEAR LETTERS EVERYWHERE but it is better than some chapters.
