Hi. I'm a girl who currently is affiliated with one of the PHA sorority chapters here at OSU and I decided that I want to run for a position on PHA. Are the girls going to be against me and down vote me because I'm not in a top tier sorority?
I'm in AOPi, and I am very scared the fact that the girls will think I'm a joke :(

Yes. Especially the girls from Kappa, DG, Theta, and maybe APhi and Pi Phi will down vote you. They don't like the AOPi's because you girls aren't on the top tier. Sorry

run anyways. if you want the position are really qualified, and show them that. Ignore the tier stuff, it doesn't matter in the real world - the only people focused on it have nothing better to do with their time

Honestly as long as you are qualified you have a good shot! I know girls in lower tier chapters who are on PHA! We accept all chapters in our association!
