The first three houses are right but the rest is up for debate.

Are you not including sig chi because of them being in trouble?

TKEs classes keep getting worse and worse and I'd put kappa sig with phi psi

I agree, the new ksig guys have been great but tkes still seem more fun to me. kappa sig just hasnt gotten there yet, theyre great guys but still a little awkward in comparison.

Pledge classes better than TKE's:

Phi psi, Kappa Sig, Pike, Delt

TKE is on par with SAE

Im pretty sure if my chapter had to vote between the two kappa sig would win.

Teke has been too douchey for too long, so now that theyre not hot anymore and are awkward its not worth it.

KapSigs are getting to be just as douchey, but theyre cuter now and are getting better, not worse

Your chapter maybe likes kappa sig but most ehhhhhh...

They didnt get a top house pairing for block for a reason

I really don't understand how you can put pike so high, they don't even have a block partner. One overrated pc doesn't put them at 5th best on campus over sig chi and SAE

They've actually been getting good PCs for a while now. Combine that with losing Brad Potter & friends, and I'd put them equal with Delt for the upper middle.
