do good grades help when rushing a sorority? Are there sororities who look at grades more than others?

Depends on the sorority. To some, it's a big deal and they won't look at you if you have under a 3.0. To others, if they love you, they will overlook mediocre grades as long as you are over their minimum GPA.

I can tell you that good grades won't hurt you.
