While I agree that Fuzzy is STILL bottom tier, that's probably not the reason they had to recruit so many girls. They take a lot of juniors during recruitment, which means they turn over girls more quickly. Houses like KD, DDD, Chio and AGD have stopped taking juniors because they don't have to.
Bottom tier, like it or not, is Fuzzy, DZ, AXO, GammaPhi, AEPhi and AOPi. Not necessarily in that order. Fuzzy hasn't been anything but bottom tier in our lifetime.

yourays really the reason, and I would extend it to ChiO (only bc they'd take a junior with great grades) and AGD's returns aren't quite there, but even though KD has slipped some over the years, while Ddd had good returns this year, those two definitely cut juniors right away. And when lower houses can't cut as many girls as top or middle tiers, that's where they end up

Not sure about ChiO but AGD didnt take any Juniors last year.
Agree, AZD is bottom tier. Some crazy a$s person who ranks on here keeps putting them up with ChiO and AGD. No freshmen, Fuzzy IS bottom tier.

Finally someone else sees it! They've slowly been skipping lower and lower. I'd honestly say DZ, AEPhi and gamma phi are quickly going to be a step above AXiD
