What houses will be ready for STEP next year? I saw where Kappa and AOPi were making improvements on their house this summer. Any others?

Kappa, Alpha Phi, AGD, Theta, Pi Phi. Don't know which other sororities. A lot of the fraternities are backing out of this because of the issue with alcohol.

Second year living on campus initiative. They'll allow second years to live in chapter houses instead of dorms if the houses follow a set of university guidelines.

AXO just redecorated their entire first floor in their house and Kappa is expanding.

I heard that most sororities are getting approved for this. Only a few fraternities will.
