why is this site a thing?

If everyone is just going to upvote their own fraternity/sorority, then the one's with the highest rankings are the try hards who care too much, and this site is not an accurate depiction of greek life here, right? It should be that only girls can rank frats, and only guys can rank sororities, but it's not, so this site is irrelevant. My logic is undeniable.
