both are around the same level which is upper middlee. Delt is considered a little higher, although i have more fun at sae parties

I honestly don't think they are super different chapters. Overall both chapters definitely lean more towards being genuinely "nice guys" where I would say Kappa Sig or TKE are more like "TFM" guys that are more in your face. Delt is in a better social standing but in reality they are still middle tier. I would rush both and see which guys you like better.
