im transferring from wvu this fall and i was wondering if most of the sororities and frats are dominated by mostly out of state girls or if thats just a west virginia thing

Only Alpha Phi which is dominated by New Jersey.

One of the cool things about Greek life is that you meet people from all over and there tends to be more out of state kids than the general student body.
