Frat reputations/descriptions

So there presumably is a lot of different perspectives or opinions, but what are the reputations of some of the frats on campus? As an out of stater freshman who has only visited OSU once in my life, it would be appreciated if you folks gave ur perspectives.

if u rush in fall as a frosh its a lower tier house, you’ll rush majors in spring as a freshmen

i figured that but i thought it would be interesting to know the lay of the land before i would meet the frats
