honestly yes. ive been to so many of their parties and have always had a good time. theyve faced a lot of unnecessary drama in the past and are slowly coming back from it. all the guys ive talked to are so nice too

Phi Tau is definitely up there and my personal pick also.

imho ASig is also up there. SigEp might also come back with the ski club stuff

Id say Phi Tau, followed by A Sig and Phi Psi. Will be hard to see A Sig as a good house as long as they have the little hut on 15th even thought they have a good group of guys. Phi Psi on the other hand has a great house but its packed with herbs. If Phi Tau can continue to recruit well and get a good pair could definitely see them move up the ranking.
