Heard a rumor that TEP is leaving ChiO for DZ. Is DZ actually better than ChiO. Why would they do this?

That would be super embarrassing for Tep then. Considering sig ep is the only frat that would pair with dz last year means Tep is the same level as sig ep now. Damn
