How can pikapp be low top when they can’t pair

The best frat pikapp pairs with is apes. After that it’s like beta or theta chi. They are not a top 6 frat much less a top 5. And yes pairs do matter they are the bigger parties and afters

Normal pairs split pairs 50/50 but pikapp paid over 80%
