Why is Gphi ranked so low???

I’m currently doing cob for Gphi and they all seem pretty nice, but I wanted to know why they can’t get any new members and why they’re ranked so low? I obviously don’t want to join if it’s for a bad reason!

Theyre hated bc they dont haze and that’s literally the only reason.
