Dropped recruitment

COB is only done when chapters are not at quota, have openings and are done differently depending on how many openings.
If you rushed last week, call the panhellenic office to put you on a list of chapters who plan to do COB. If a chapter only has a few openings, it might be invitation only for girls who are already known to members. If you don't get invited, don't get offended because these are often established relationships.
If the chapters have more openings, you are told to watch on instagram for "parties" which are much more casual than formal recruitment. Some chapters will go through a list of girls that gave their names to Panhel and invite them to the event. The party could be anything from coffee dates to a sisterhood-like activity at the house. If there are many more PNMs than openings, the chapter might go trough a smilar rush process of voting on girls.
Fall is similar. PHA sets total and chapters hold COB to get to total based on the number of graduating seniors and girls that dropped over the summer. Many chapters do not hold COB because they are aready at total. Others do invite-only and others hold open events.

If you dropped because you thought you were too good for the houses that wanted you - sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but those are the houses that are likely to be doing COB.
