We need tot all about Theta. They have always been a top 4 house up until last year. Truthfully, I think they always have been a top 4. Their recruiting looks great this year and their social media game has been killing it. It used to be:

A phi, pi phi, theta, dg

Now I’m a senior and I’m looking at the instagrams, and clearly they had a great PC, last year and year before. Not sure if they should be above DG now, but definitely should be in the top 5 or next to KD!
