Will KA falloff after losing their house

I just found out that KA is losing the white house to Pike (who I guess is back this semester). Is this going to be the falloff of KA? were they ever good or was their house just good? how does everyone feel about it?

Having a good chapter house doesn’t automatically make you a good fraternity so it doesn’t really matter imo. Most of the guys that live there are weirdos anyway

Probably won’t be a real fall off but probably will eventually see a decline

They were never all that to begin with very reliant on there good annex spots and paired parties to actually fill them out
