The truth about being a top frat

Every frat struggles with something. But the reason you see Sig Chi at the top despite being more boring than most is because they never pretend to not be sobering they aren’t. Their whole brand is being high, being funny, and not doing the most and girls like that. Most of the guys aren’t even concerned about letting ppl know. Delt and SAE are the only two frats that can pull off being “frat stars”.
Then you have frats like TKE, KA, Pikapp, or Theta Chi that think doing the most and trying hard should get them farther into being “frat stars”. They are concerned about what others doing to not realizes they are problematic and posers. I promise if one of those frats focused on getting the normal guys from KDR, Fiji, TEP, and PiLam and not the guys who have been thinking about being in frat since high school and getting rejected from Delt (obvious reason they didn’t get a bid) they could be top. Look at how well it worked for Beta considering where they came from. I will bet everything that the frats recruiting wannabes will drop this semester on everything.
