Frat rankings w descriptions

High Top: Delt, Sigma, SAE
- known and won’t change for next few years and pair with top sororities.
High mid: Apes, KA, TKE
- Apes has been growing and gets good PCs and has good parties.
- KA and TKE were top frats that rebranded and fell a little but could stay tier 2 if they get good spring PCs. Both have great houses and are pairing with good second tier sororities next year. Good solo parties and sometimes pair with top 3 frats.
High low: DKE, Pikapp, Beta, theta chi
- DKE loses more and more pledges and girls at parties to Apes every semester. Plus losing their house to Theta Chi is a big loss.
-Pikapp Beta and Theta chi will never move up if they keep taking herbs in their PCs. Even with good solo parties, no higher frat willing pairs with them unless paid.
Mid: KDR, Pilam, Fiji, Sig Ep, tep
- All are higher frat rejects who pair with mid low sororities. Fiji and Pilam has decent houses but get no respect from higher frats. No real differences between mid high and mid low
- Sig Ep on the rise but near their ceiling without a better sorority pair.
Gone: ATO
- Kicked off campus and lost all semi respectable guys in the frat. Won’t be able to run effectively underground like ksig did for a few years.
All else irrelevant

I would rather have a bad house than bad sorority relations and big PCs (take notes KA and TKE)

Kdr is a bunch of herbs with bad parties and a bad house. Only thing keeping them afloat is a mid sorority pair and getting a big PC
