TOP:
DELT, SIG CHI, SAE
Notes: Pretty locked in for the forseeable future
LOW TOP:
DKE, KA, APES, PIKAPP
Notes: DKE is falling but still throwing bangers. People saying odd things about PiKapp and their new PC but hasn't affected them much. KA f'ed without their house but I think they have it for a few more years.
HIGH MID:
OX, BETA, TKE, KDR
Notes: I unpopularly think TKE can continue to get better if they keep the castle and stay on campus. The other 3 are pretty locked in to this tier (all 3 ur standard mid rich white guys). With ATO gone, no one has to worry about losing a good pair. OX getting DKE's white house was a dub for them
LOW MID:
TEP, FIJI
PILAM
Notes: TEP needs big spring class and to clean their disgusting house but good location and parties. FIJI get a lot of girls to show for how herby they are, props. PiLam havin issues fr and are notably on the lower end of this tier
HIGH BOTTOM:
SIGEP, ASIG, PHI PSI
PHI TAU, DSIG, THETA TAU
Notes: SigEp can move up if they keep their pair and recruit heavy. Phi Tau has a nice house. Not much to say about the rest
LOW BOTTOM:
TAXI, DCHI, TRIANGLE, PHI SIG
BETA SIG, ADPHI, BYX
Any frat I can't think of/don't know of. No notes on these cuz why would I
DEAD:
ATO, KSIG, ZBT, ACACIA
RIP ATO and KSIG

And DZ and Chi O don’t want them and they think they’re too good for AGD and AXO.
Going painless only works for DKE and APES bc of AEPhi. If TKE doesn’t get a pair at all, they’re fraud.

ATO is not getting a pair. Hella mfs dropped and now their kicked off. Parties have been horrible

dz and chi o don’t have many options. dz will be lucky if they can get anyone besides sig ep and chio is looking down bad enough to go for pilam 😂

And still don’t want TKE. Plus us most likely Chi o TEP and DZ Fiji. They’re fine.
