I already know people are going to hate on Pi Phi, Theta, DZ, AEPhi, and AXO but their new classes are so good and they’re fun now and not as problematic.
And DG, Tri Delt, Fuzzy, Chi O, and AGD have all massively declined in quality and frats that used to like them are starting to hate them. All you hear is problems from them.

you are either in dke or in aephi if ur gonna say aephi’s class is any sort of good lol. they just have the connections, they would be a dz if not!

Well they’re next to DZ on the rank so makes sense. Both AEPhi and DZ are better than everyone behind them trying to be as nice as possible
