Notables:
- Tier 1 will not be changing anytime soon at this rate.
- Beta and KDR with probably most unexpected rises this year and probably will get higher.
- DKE letting over 40+ freshmen guys run around at blocks and parties to keep it filled shows where they are after the kick off.
- ATO is done. No recovery.
- ASig making minor noise.
