gamma phi house

Does anyone know where Gamma Phi will be housed after the 2014-15 year? Are they buying, building or renting?

They have secured a house this year on 15th but have not released the exact location yet. I imagine they'd rent in the upcoming years because building a new house isn't feasible and buying is expensive.

It hasn't been released yet, but I'd imagine it's one of the two houses next to A Chi O.

One of the houses next to AXO looks like a Greek house but is privately rented to a group of incoming juniors who lived in it last year as sophomores

House next to Alpha Chi that looks like a Greek house is the former Phi Mu house. They sold it about 10 years ago and it's now apartments.

The house next to DG is the old Sigma Delta Tau house. Don't know the status of that but SDT did sell it to a landlord.

AOPi is moving from the ZTA house but ZTA is now renting it to Pike.

According to their girls, they have bought a house and plan to renovate during the school year. They said "competitive location"… Who knows

Didn't they buy ATO's house and the lot next to it? I heard they were going to tear down ATO and build a new house on those two lots
