Tier 3: PiKapp, TKE, SAE, ATO
Tier 4: PiLam, Fiji, PhiTau, Theta Tau

On the rise: Beta, Theta Tau
On the decline: SAE, Fiji

Beta with the new block spot has much potential. Theta Tau, while not a social frat, had great afters.
SAE continues to struggle. Fiji needs to turn it around or they might be done after this year.
