Best houses on campus?

favs are theta, kd, pi phi, kkg and zeta. theta was the house i was most excited to tour during recruitment because i liked the castle vibe and how it looked on the corner. i actually like how a lot of the houses here don't have an overall cohesive look to them like houses on other campuses. as far as best living conditions prob zeta and kappa. zeta's house was recently built and kappa's was the most expensive

I'm sure Kappa, Pi Phi, APhi, and Theta are going to be the common answers but all the houses have great qualities and character.
AEPhi and Chi O are most unique. Kappa, ZTA, Pi Phi, Aphi, DG and TriDelt have the most 'stereotypical sorority house' look to them. Theta looks stunning with its old time castle architecture. Fuzzy & DZ are also unique/cute and I like the front porches.

kappa and zta have nice houses but a few other houses have had renovations within recent years and probably have similar living conditions
