Three Phi Psi's got arrested for breaking and entering. This time there weren't trying to peep at Pi Phis.

Would Phi Psi get in trouble? School was not in session and they aren't in their house. I am not part of this house, but if the university gave them sanctions for this than that would be complete BS. Large organizations can't control what their members do during the summers. I do foretell a membership review for all of their members that will be conducted by their alumni.

It has nothing to do with their fraternity. It is a felony offense though so those involved are screwed legally.
