this is accurate except kappa sig isnt top and sig chi is a little better than delt/pike. kappa sig/sx are upper middle

I think you're giving Gamma Phi a little too much credit. They're kind of a mess right now and honestly don't look a thing like a real sorority yet. I think they're a notch above AOPi until they get a house

If you're going to break it down in four sections:

PiPhi/Kappa/DG
Theta/APhi (aphi is still as good as theta because all thetas social hot seniors graduated and much better than kd)

KD
DDD/XO (I personally dont like either house, but theyre pretty much opposites of each other, so its personal preference)
AGD (AGD isnt that high because theyre sloppy and still have too many blahh girls, there arent any super pretty or hot girls)

AXD
DZ/AXO (DZ has gotten a lot better while AXO contines to get worse)
Gamma Phi (when you look at the whole chapter they look like axd but theyre too much of a mess internally)
