Depends on what schools you compare OSU with. It's nothing like recruitment at a big school in the south like University of Texas, Alabama, Auburn, etc. Some girls will transfer schools if they don't get in the "right" sorority at southern schools. It's a little less competitive than Miami.

If you compare it with smaller schools in Ohio, it is more competitive.

As long as you maximize your options, you will get a bid. What that means is that you need to be open minded about not getting a bid from a specific sorority. Girls that go bidless typically will suicide or drop out after the Pref party.
