Phi Rho vs DOK???

How come phi rho is included in ranks, but DOK has never been, even though they both have their own rush process and both paired up with frats for block?

They’re not a PHA sorority. I’m assuming rankings only include sororities in PHA. They don’t go through formal recruitment either (neither does phi rho so I see ur point)
