Theta downfall needs to be studied
by: Nice houseWhat happened to Theta? 3 years ago they were were KD biggest competition for being in the top four and now they can barely keep up with Zeta and frats dread pairing with them. They have a nice house so where did it go wrong?

those range of 6 mid frats and srats are the most toxic (theta, kappa, fuzzy, kd, tri delt, zeta and beta, pikapp, theta chi, ato, ksig, kdr). there’s always drama and theta got the worst hand of it out of the group, kind of like what happened with ato with the frats. nobody wants to be associated with the people insecure they’re average. that’s why life is better just being top bc nobody gets insecure bc they have no competition. everyone in top houses just vibes.
