This list is so wrong. Sigma Chi and Phi Psi are not equal whatsoever right now. Before the membership review SIgma Chi and Phi Psi were very equal and you can make arguments for either one who was better on campus. Sigma Chi has to rebuild its membership right now. They don't just go back to the top because they are starting to have a social life again. Sammy is not on campus anymore and girls are scared to hang out with them because there can be social repercussions. Kappa SIgma is up there with TKE but just a few steps behind. I would argue that Sigma Chi is maybe a step above Delt based solely on reputation. They are not near as good looking as in the past, and they didn't have a social calendar this year.

Tke is worse now than last year and phipsi hasnt changed while kappa sig has had to get a little cooler because there arent any other good chapters. Delt has just chilled and SigChi is working their way back. Then Pike is cooler than SAE who is kinda geeky/cute fun, and Phi Delt has taken a huge hit over the last few years

You're crazy if you think PIKE is higher than Phi Delt. Phi Delt has definitely slipped some but not that far. Pike does not have a block partner that explains a lot

Chapters can move anywhere within the tier. The chapters in the 2nd tier are not top, but those chapters are definitely not in the 3rd. Can't move Fuzz to 2nd tier like some people have posted.

Kappa
DG/Peef: both have a poor pledge class as members
APhi/Theta: have a poor pledge class and only a handful of great girls
KD/DDD: mostly average girls with a few hot ones
XO/AGD: super nice girls, but less hot ones yet
AZD/GPB: meh... a few cute ones but really odd personalities
AlphaX/DZ: mehhh... no
AEPhi/AoPi: only exist because pha promises a place if you maximize your options in recruitment

Chapters like Fuzzy, DZ, AEphi and AOPi don't exist solely bc of the faction of "maximizing your options." These are all valuable chapters and they're there because some girls prefer a low maintenance atmosphere as opposed to the cattiness of the "upper tier." I may not be a Kappa or a DG, but that doesn't mean my chapter is any less important. Different chapters; different philosophies.

They didn't say it about AXiD & DZ (I'd believe that some girls would put either of those above maybe ChiO, AGD, AXO, DDD because they meet girls more similar to themselves) But you don't have to know much about recruitment to realize that if women weren't forced to go back to those houses most wouldnt, and that AEPhi and especially AOPi's return rates are horrible. I have AOPis that I love and are sweet girls, but the only ones I've ever met that put AOPi first after Preference were girls who only had AOPi that day.

Fact is, PHA forces chapters to bid up to quota and AOPi doesn't even pick the girls that they get. After their most favorites go to the best cross prefs (DDD,ChiO,AGD), their middle favorites go to lower cross prefs (AXiD,AXO,DZ), theyre really left with the girls at the bottom of their own list that they never wanted but kept coming back each round because AOPi doesnt recruit well enough to get good return rates any round to cut the weird girls.

The same goes for AEPhi just at a slightly lower scale, and they would/will become the new AOPi whenever AOPis nationals gets really tired of this crappy chapter.
