How do you think Gamma Phi is going to play out in the next few years?

It will all depend on how they do during formal recruitment. Also, Until they are housed, it will be tough to recruit against mid and top tiers.

I agree. They'll be bottom tier for a while, but even without a house they're still better than AOPi and (probably) AEPhi

theyll be a lot like dz because theyre forced to be involved and such. then they'll plateau lower than them because without alumni support at ohio state or good transfers from other schools you dont become top of the middle or top tier even

I have a few friends in there and they say that their alumni network is pretty huge and was involved in the their recruitment... but anyway, the verdict for now is that they're definitely better than AOPi and AEPhi. We'll just have see.

My guess is that girls that pledge Gamma Phi will cross pref with DZ and Alpha Chi, and maybe Fuzzy. They will probably lose girls that pref them to the mid tier chapters.

It will take them a while for them to compete with either the 4 middle tier chapters or Fuzzy.
