isn't having an official block again. so phi psis is technically "open", but essentially is with kappa

It's unlikely that any fraternity would have a completely closed block. They obviously aren't going to turn down girls that want to come over from other pairings.

there are plenty that try really hard to have a closed block and some sororities require a completely closed block or theyll cancel (AEPhi and ATO last year)

and thats a large reason why DDD isnt with SAE. Their advisors wouldnt let them have a block with any other attendance so while they were deciding if SAE would be okay with that, we told SAE to just do their best and it would be fine.

maybe the fact that SAE and AGD's presidents are dating also had something to do with it
