Fiji is definitely above TKE and Phi Tau by miles. And is slightly better at worst even with PiLam and Tep.

Fiji is not better than any of the four frats you just said in anybody eyes. Phi Tau maybe but TKE, TEP, and PiLam pair with DZ, Chi O, and AXO and Fiji is stuck with 2 new SA cases and AGD.
