DG is the Top House

DG won recruitment AGAIN and has gotten arguably the best PCs 3 years in a row. How have the not surpassed APhi? Especially considering how APhi downgraded hard this recruitment. Also KD is getting shockingly better and is giving Pi Phi a run for their money.

Only thing I can agree with is why APhi is still considered the top.
