Why is Pi Phi top?

Is anyone a bit confused about why pi phi is ranked so high? After talking to them they seemed a bit weird and they aren’t that cute so I’m just a bit confused?

They're just blonde (or fake blonde) and skinny with a nice house, but according this site that's all it takes.
