Where is the diversity in the frat scene

There is barely any diversity in any of the fraternities while the sororities consistently recruit some diversity. Is there any diversity in the top frats?

Frats don’t target diversity for the sake of hitting a quota unlike sororities do. Guys who are cool get bids, guys that aren’t don’t, regardless of race. The reason fraternities are mostly white is because the fraternities already have a lot of their friends from typically less diverse high schools come out and rush, which perpetuates the cycle. But the solution isn’t giving bids to people just to hit a target
